Front-end Architecture Review

appendTo has performed several Front-End Architecture Reviews. During a Front-End review, appendTo examines an existing Front-End application and evaluates the code organization and code patterns of a project and provides recommendations to the client. We have extensive experience in building and maintaining large jQuery based applications and fundamentally understand what good architecture looks like.

Gap Analysis Review

appendTo performed a Gap Analysis review in partnership with Microsoft Consulting for a client implementing a Grid Control. Because of appendTo’s extensive experience with the jQuery UI Grid Project, we were able to provide tremendous value in understanding the most effective implementation path for the customer.

appendTo delivered a comprehensive written report outlining each feature requested, with comparisons against current solutions, the upcoming jQuery UI Grid, and the client’s requirements. This report put key information into stakeholders hands that was used to make critical implementation decisions.

Code Review & Performance Analysis

appendTo performed a Code Review and Performance Analysis review for Epsilon Data Management. During this review, appendTo made several recommendations around code performance, specifically regarding creating performant JavaScript event management techniques that work with older browsers, such as IE6.

appendTo delivered a comprehensive report which outlined several recommendations and included suggested fixes.
