New Training Opportunities

appendTo is offering two new training opportunities in May. The first is a three-hour per day, five-day remote live jQuery training that runs from Monday, May 7 through Friday, May 11. It’s offered in two time zones—from 9 a.m. to 12 noon Eastern time and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pacific time. The second opportunity is a three-day jQuery training in Omaha, Neb., that runs from Monday, May 21 through Wednesday, May 23 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration is open now.

appendTo Takes on Europe

Two conferences happening in February will feature appendTo speakers. First, on February 7-8, Mike Hostetler will speak at BlackBerry DevCon being held at the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre. Mike’s session, “Rapidly Develop Mobile Web Applications With jQuery Mobile,” will offer an overview of jQuery Mobile and walk through the pros and cons of the project.

appendTo Attends jQuery Conference 2011: San Francisco Bay Area

The appendTo crew at the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco after the jQuery Conference.On April 16th and 17th, 2011, the jQuery Project held its jQuery Conference at the Microsoft Silicon Valley Campus Conference Center in Mountain View, CA with a great showing of about 500 members of the jQuery community in attendance. Eight members of appendTo attended the conference and of those three gave talks on a wide range of jQuery related topics.

VSDoc for jQuery Mobile In-Development

While jQuery Mobile is still in early development, we've put together a simple VSDoc file containing the jQuery Mobile-specific methods which have been documented thus far. The jQuery Mobile VSDoc is available now for download on our jQuery VSDoc Community page.Formal documentation for jQuery Mobile is still being assembled at the moment, so this VSDoc was put together by hand, unlike the VSDoc for jQuery proper which is automatically generated.

Visual Studio 2010 vsdoc for jQuery 1.4.3 Now Available

We're excited to release the Visual Studio 2010 vsdoc file for jQuery 1.4.3. It is now available on our website, in our Community section on the jQuery VSDoc page.

We're committed to supporting the Enterprise community, and will be maintaining the VSDoc file going forward for each new release of jQuery.
