Good JavaScript Habits For C# Developers by Elijah Manor

Our own Elijah Manor has been giving talks and interviews about “Good JavaScript Habits for C# Developers” over the last couple of months.  Several of these have been recorded to which we have listed below.

Last month, April 11-14, 2011 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, Microsoft held it’s annual conference for developers, designers, UX experts and business professionals. Elijah represented appendTo and gave a talk entitled “Good JavaScript Habits For C# Developers” which is a talk based on a series of articles he wrote for Enterprise jQuery.

Elijah’s talk was recorded and posted on Channel 9 along with the rest of the sessions from MIX. You can find Elijah’s slides of the talk online. Elijah was also a guest on Channel 9 Live during day 1 of the event to talk about going from C# to JavaScript. He appeared on the show with Nikhil Kothari.

Hansleminutes

Back in March, Elijah was a guest along with Dave Ward on the long run and popular podcast Hanselminutes with Scott Hanselman. The show was titled JavaScript and jQuery: Moving beyond alert(); and dealt with how one could take their JavaScript knowledge to the next level.
